Cut it into gates
An idea becomes steps, and every step gets a gate: the checks that decide whether it is done. A step with no gate is a wish. The agent writes the first draft of the gate for you.

Exactly one step is THE ONE and the whole computer says so — the composer, every tool result, the nag that reaches you when the tab is closed. The other eleven ideas are still there. They are just not now.

The desktop app pairs your laptop to your computer. The agent can open the right file, screenshot what you are stuck on, or run a command — removing the friction that ends a session, instead of telling you to go and find things.

Terminal, files, services, an address with TLS. Run as many things on it as it will hold — there is no service cap, because rationing a box with one tenant is just a worse box.

The Windows app pairs your laptop to your computer with a code, then holds one connection open. Your agent can open the file you are stuck on, screenshot it, drop something on your clipboard or run a command — instead of telling you to go and do it yourself, which is the exact moment a session ends.
PAIRING
A code, not a password
Mint a code on the computer, type it into the tray app once. The device token is shown once and stored hashed. Revoke it from Settings and the machine goes dark immediately.
CAPABILITIES
You choose what it may do
Shell access is off unless you tick it at pair time. A box that has been taken over can ask for anything; a device that never enabled a verb still refuses.
CONNECTION
Outbound only
The app polls; nothing dials into your laptop. No port forward, no firewall hole, works behind any NAT and on a phone tether.

The honest version.
What actually is this?
A personal Linux computer with an AI on it, rented by the month, built around one idea: people with ADHD do not need more capability, they need something that holds the thread. You get a shell, files, services, an address — and a board that refuses to let you have twelve priorities.
Why does it cost so little?
Because you bring your own AI key. The expensive part of every AI product is the tokens, and on this computer those are billed to you by your own provider at cost. We are charging for a machine and the software on it, not for inference with a margin on top.
Do I have to use crypto?
Right now, yes. It is the honest trade for having no payment processor in the loop: nothing between you and your computer that can decline, freeze or ask for documents. Stablecoins on Base cost cents to send.
What happens if I stop paying?
You get five days of grace and a banner, and your data stays put. Nothing about billing reaches into the box and breaks it — a billing bug that bricks a computer is worse than a month of unpaid hosting.
Is my key safe?
Your AI key is encrypted at rest on your own box and never leaves it for anything but your own provider. The payment wallet is on the server too, and that is stated plainly rather than dressed up: custody means a server holds keys, and the ceiling on that is as safe as root on your machine.
Can I get my stuff out?
It is a Linux box. Everything is a file, the board is one SQLite database, and both are yours. There is no export flow because there is nothing to escape from.
